Brolic is a term used in the Nine Corp World to describe a special edition version of a music project that focuses on creating a fuller and thicker sound when compared to the original. The term originates from the slang word Brolic, which means muscular.
The term was first used in 2020 for the release of the Ninth Wonder Of The World Special Edition 2. Unlike the first special edition album, Nine Classics focused on making the sound thicker and fuller. They started to use the term brolic the describe this before the album was released. The Ninth Wonder Of The World Special Edition 2 was released to critical accliam and became the definitive version of the album, and the term brolic became standard for thicker and fuller remastered music projects.
Since then, Nine Taurus - Blood (Brolic) and Nine Anthems - From The Dirt Came Forth Bread Special Edition was released, with the later solidifying the Brolic trend in the Nine Corp World.
