Thank you for your interest in being Nine Corporation talent (also known as a Nine Corper). These are the terms and conditions of all Nine Corporation talent. By agreeing to being a Nine Corper and taking part in Nine Corporation projects and activities, you hereby agree to the below terms and conditions. These term and conditions exist to protect the Nine Corporation and Nine Corporation talent. It may be possible for individual Nine Corporation talent to change some of the terms and conditions on a case by case basis.

By taking part in Nine Corporation projects and activities, you understand that you need do activities that will benefit the Nine Corporation to earn Gems. These Gems can be used to procure Nine Corporation services and some projects. Although there is no written contract between you and the Nine Corporation, you understand that while you are actively earning, spending Gems, and appearing on Nine Corporation projects, you are a Nine Corporation talent unless you specifically state in writing that you are not.

The Nine Corporation reserves the right to publish or release any Nine Corporation project or service that was created with any Nine Corporation talent. The Nine Corporation reserves the right to promote any Nine Corporation project or service that was created with any Nine Corporation talent.

The Nine Corporation reserves the right to change these terms and conditions where it deems necessary. The date of the terms and conditions will be displayed on this terms and conditions document so everyone can see when it was last updated.
