The Hera Vs Nine Taurus Rivalry was an intense but friendly rivalry that occurred between the 2 biggest artists on Nine Music in Glory Years. Although no diss records were made towards each other, both Nine Taurus and Hera would claim to be the best rapper in the world at every street cypher and talent show.

The rivalry started in late 1996 when Hera released her debut single Every Day. People immediately labeled her the queen which she quickly adopted and began to use it at her performances. Then at a talent show, Nine Taurus shouted out that he was the king, at which the crowd responded with a roar seeing it as a jab at Hera. Hera then a week later at a massive street cypher stated that the queen rules in England, which again provoked a roar from the crowd.

Everything quieted down for about 6 months until Hera released her sophomore single the Single Biggest Problem On Earth to immense critical acclaim. Audiences called it the best single ever and Hera was titled Queen for a second time. She then followed the single up with her third release titled “F**k All Y’all”, which made references to the violent climate of the surrounding area at the time. She was praised at every performance.

Nine Taurus then release his most prolific single of that time title Estate Life. The song was about the environment they were in, the violent climate, and a victim of that climate. The critical acclaim received for this single was unmeasured; the song ended every show and cipher it was performed at, even if there were other performer that was supposed to be performing afterwards. The Nine Corp World labeled him the King, a name that he previously self proclaimed but it was now echoed by the audiences.
